Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional client service.
• Assist with various accounting tasks, including data input, bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and general ledger reconciliation and adjustment.
• Prepare individual and business tax returns, applying current tax laws and regulations to maximize deductions and minimize liabilities.
• Stay updated on the latest tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards to ensure compliance and provide informed advice to clients.

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
• Previous experience in sales tax and payroll tax preparation
• Previous experienced in business and individual income tax preparation is a plus
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
