    Job Description

     

    Position:

    The Regional Office Administrator Position provides support for Technology, Payroll and Human Resources functions.

     

    Specific Responsibilities May Include:

    · Serve as timesheet entry for hourly staff.

    · Submit ticket to APEX and request/delete new user profiles, emails, and job management accounts.

    · Send Orientation Email with passwords to new user and/or admin staff.

    · Create/delete PINs for drivers in ARI.

    · Order Fuel Cards as requested by supervisor.

    · Create/deactivate driver fobs for technicians.

    · Add/remove name and contact information to the Spangler Phone List.

    · Order company business cards as needed.

    · Create office key fobs for Charlotte employees.

    · Handle registration renewals and maintain vehicle files.

    · Assist with filing insurance claims when necessary.

    · Assist with management of cell phones and other wireless devices.

    · Maintain Office Phone Systems.

    · Troubleshoot minor IT issues and provide employee training, as necessary.

    · Assist in ordering external devices as needed (monitors, docking stations, printers, etc.)

    · Assist in ordering new office equipment/furniture as needed.

    · Assist in adding new locations to insurance, ordering internet, phones, transferring utilities, etc.

    · Other duties as requested.

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    · Stable work history

    · A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required.

    · Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

    · Must be detail oriented and take initiative.

    · Must understand and comply with all company policies and procedures. This refers to safety, attendance, conduct and so forth as documented in the Employee Handbook.
