    Home Link International Inc. is seeking a dedicated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative to support our Behavioral Health department. This position plays an essential role in ensuring smooth daily operations, assisting both clinical staff and clients, and helping bridge the communication gap with our Spanish-speaking families.

    The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication and multitasking skills.

    Responsibilities

    Serve as the primary administrative contact for Spanish-speaking clients and families.

    Provide interpretation and translation during client intakes, assessments, and meetings as needed.

    Manage and maintain client files, scheduling, and authorizations in compliance with company standards.

    Support clinicians and supervisors with documentation, data entry, and communication follow-ups.

    Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in both English and Spanish professionally and promptly.

    Assist with coordination of behavioral health services, including ABA and related programs.

    Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.

    maybe required to help in other office task and duties within the company but not limited to Administrative duties alone.

    Qualifications

    Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) — required.

    Minimum of an Associate Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in psychology, social work, healthcare administration, or a related field.

    1+ year of experience in an administrative, behavioral health, or healthcare setting preferred.

    Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, EHR or scheduling software experience preferred).

    Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional, fast-paced environment.
