Fluent in Spanish
Proficient reading and writing skills

Evenings (closing 5-11pm) availability

Responsibilities:
Greet all members and guests with a smile and wish them well as they leave the club
Check in all members and guests following company procedures
Communicate any system alerts or messages during check-in
Answer phone calls in a courteous, professional, and helpful manner
Share information about special events with members and guests
Create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks in
Assist members with requests or refer them to a manager when needed
Maintain a professional attitude at all times
Make outbound calls to leads and members with billing issues
Process payments for member services in line with company policies
Be familiar with the facility layout, services offered, and class schedules
Keep the front desk area clean and organized and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of all gym areas
Support management with projects or tasks as needed
Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
Enforce Crunch policies and deny access to members or guests who are not allowed to work out due to unpaid balances, system alerts, or not meeting facility requirements
Send a quick End of Day (EOD) summary including membership sales, Kickoffs (KOs) booked, phone calls made, and any other important shift highlights
