    Togetherhood is a marketplace for independent enrichment providers.     What You'll Do

    You will be matched with opportunities to teach spanish after school classes to kids using art, music, or whatever talents you bring to make your lessons fun! You'll work with K-12 students at schools, buildings, and communities across Philadelphia. These teaching opportunities will be for terms that could last anywhere from 5 weeks to 18 weeks. In this role, you'll have the following responsibilities:

    • Conceive of and create an age-appropriate curriculum for your class
    • Consistently arrive at your class on time (or early!)
    • Create and memorable experience for the children in your class to help them grow and develop a love for the Spanish language and deeper understanding of the cultures that speak it

    Who You Are

    • A fun, enthusiastic, experienced Spanish language instructor, with deep experience teaching school age children.
    • Able to create positive class community and build relationships with students
    • Experienced leading your own classes
    • Have excitement, joy, and passion for both teaching kids and personal development/learning
    • Cooperative, supportive, flexible
    • Have a strong work ethic and do-whatever-it-takes mind set
