Responsibilities: • Consistently follow up with leads to expand the sales pipeline and drive growth opportunities. • Draft and present purchase offers for buyer clients to facilitate smooth and efficient closing processes. • Deliver exceptional customer service to build client trust, ensure satisfaction, and enhance sales volume. • Conduct consultations with buyers and sellers to understand their home needs and preferences, and guide them to suitable options. • Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted geographic areas to support team growth. • Provide clients with comprehensive information about local communities and potential properties to address their inquiries confidently. • Collaborate with buyer and seller clients to refine their home criteria and successfully close transactions. Qualifications: • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) • Show good organizational and time management skills • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $200,000+ at plan commission

    $200,000 per year
