Mass Pediatric ABA is seeking a compassionate and reliable Spanish-speaking Behavioral Therapist to join our team in the Greater Hyannis area.
This is a unique opportunity to work with one family on a consistent schedule. Unlike our traditional Behavioral Therapist positions, which may involve working with multiple clients, this role is dedicated to supporting a single family seeking a Spanish-speaking provider. This allows you to build meaningful relationships while making a lasting impact on a child's development and success.
Required Schedule
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-8:00 PM
Consistent availability during these hours is required
Spanish Requirement
Must be fluent in Spanish and comfortable communicating with the client and family members.
Mass Pediatric ABA's mission is to improve the quality of life for children and families impacted by autism through evidence-based ABA therapy. As a small, supportive company, we provide the training, mentorship, and resources needed to help our employees succeed and grow professionally.
We offer a competitive pay range of $22-$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, as well as a $150 sign-on bonus for employees who remain with the company for at least three months. For individuals interested in building a career in Applied Behavior Analysis, we also provide paid RBT training and support through the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification process, including the required 40-hour training and exam preparation.

Our Behavior Therapist will:
Provide direct behavioral services to clients in their home
Run individualized programs with clients using the principles of Behavior Analysis
Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans
Write daily session notes and collect data using programs such as, Google Docs or behavioral software (e.g., Theralytics).
Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
Continue with professional development and ABA knowledge by attending educational workshops
Protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise
Our Behavior Therapist's have:
A high school and/or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (psychology, education, etc)
Experience working with children and/or adolescents, in any capacity (babysitting, nannying, after-school programs, volunteering) for at least 1 year.
Flexibility to work weekday afternoons and evenings. Weekend sessions are not required, but are available upon request!
Pass a CORI and Federal background check
Strong communication skills
Ability to work closely with other professionals
Competent computer skills
Access to reliable transportation
Availability to work 10- 20 hours per week
