Call center position.

Hours: Part time hours that over time will turn into a full-time position. –

Monday and Wednesday 10 am - 6 pm Friday 8 am to 6 pm Saturday 8 am to 4 pm

Pay $ 20.00-25.00

Experience:

· 1 year of medical or hospital call center.

· 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service role

· Must be bilingual of Spanish and English Speaking

· Handling inbound and outbound calls

· Providing information to patients

· Assistance with appointment scheduling

· Strong verbal communication skills.

· Familiarity with call center systems and healthcare software is beneficial.

· Must be able to understand medical terminology and healthcare processes
