About the Role:

Precious Hands Staffing Agency LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Spanish Speaking Caregiver to join our team in Grayson, GA. Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance

Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and their families to ensure comfort and understanding

Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and adherence to dietary needs or restrictions

Support clients with mobility, transfers, and light physical activity or exercises

Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe living environment

Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors

Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being

Requirements:

Fluent in both Spanish and English (bilingual communication required)

Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care assistant experience preferred

Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for helping others

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts as needed
