Your Role
As a caregiver, you’ll play an essential part in helping clients remain safe, supported, and independent at home. Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with daily routines and activities of living
Supporting personal care needs
Helping with mobility, safe transfers, and basic exercise routines
Planning and preparing meals, including feeding assistance when needed
Maintaining a clean, organized home environment
Offering companionship and providing respite for family caregivers
What We’re Seeking
We’re looking for a compassionate caregiver who speaks fluent Spanish and is committed to helping others live well. Ideal candidates will have:
Good availability, especially in the afternoons and evenings
Fluent in Spanish
Dependable transportation
Prior caregiving experience—whether in private homes or senior living communities—is helpful but not required
Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
Pay Range
$20–$23 per hour, depending on experience.
