Compensation- $40,000 - $59,000 Commensurate with Experience (plus performance bonuses) Responsibilities: • Take care of administrative tasks and office correspondence by answering phone calls and emails, communicating with opposing attorney offices, taking dictation, and informing the team of upcoming deadlines • Help with creating a variety of litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, affidavits, contracts, and briefs for case preparation, and proofread documents when necessary • Make travel arrangements, schedule meetings and appointments for the team, such as depositions, and coordinate with outside vendors for events • Be willing to take on any other necessary administrative tasks to help the firm run smoothly Qualifications: • Must speak fluent Spanish • Must have experience as a legal assistant (minimum 1-2 years) • Candidates must have worked with legal software, case management, and docketing programs (Experience with Clio and/or Lawmatics is a big plus) • Must be able to type at least 50 WPM • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times • Comfortable working with all Microsoft Office products, Adobe, and gmail Compensation: $40,000 - $59,000 Commensurate with Experience
