Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls, website inquiries, and referrals with urgency, professionalism, and empathy • Qualify potential clients using a structured intake process • Effectively communicate the firm’s value and persuade qualified leads to schedule consultations • Manage and follow up with leads using our CRM to ensure no opportunity is missed • Work closely with attorneys and staff to hand off qualified clients smoothly • Collect initial case information and relevant documents when needed • Maintain accurate records and hit key performance metrics Qualifications: • Bilingual (Spanish/English) • Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience (legal experience is a plus, but not required) • Excellent phone and communication skills—confident, empathetic, and persuasive • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals • Tech-savvy: Experience with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and phone systems Compensation: $48,000 base + performance bonuses
