We’re hiring a Spanish speaking bilingual Jr or Sr loan officer who will work directly alongside our loan origination staff to help our applicants through the mortgage loan process. You’ll get applicants mortgage ready, prepare paperwork, and respond to customer inquiries on transactions as needed. Responsibilities: • Follow up and respond to customer and in-house inquiries on transactions as needed in order to provide superior customer service • Assemble loan documentation as required necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork • Provide superior customer service skills by responding to company-provided leads in a timely manner from the Internet, direct mail campaigns, radio ads, referrals, or other special marketing campaigns Qualifications: • Computer proficiency required including MS Office; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred • Preferred degree in banking or finance, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required • Bi-Lingual Spanish & English - with Professional business acumen • Possess an advanced understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, USDA, adjustable/ fixed, etc. • Possesses NMLS license and or is willing to obtain one prior to hire • Preferably 5+ years of experience in a professional office or mortgage environment as a mortgage loan officer, loan officer assistant or similar position Compensation: $75,000-$150,000

• Provide superior customer service skills by responding to company-provided leads in a timely manner from the Internet, direct mail campaigns, radio ads, referrals, or other special marketing campaigns • Originate first home mortgages, refinance loans, take mortgage loan applications by phone/person, and prepare effective loan proposals
