    Seeking Spanish Speaking Licensed Neuropsychologist

    or Evaluating Clinical Psychologist

Position Description: Kimel Psychological Services (KPS) is looking for a Spanish-speaking pediatric neuropsychologist or clinical psychologist for our growing group psychology practice. The ideal candidate is a Colorado Licensed or License-eligible Psychologist specializing in providing comprehensive assessment services for children to adults with an emphasis on autism and other developmental disabilities, and learning disorders. This position emphasizes assessment services but we welcome well-rounded psychologists who are also skilled at and interested in providing psychotherapy services in addition to providing assessments. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help grow the practice while keeping the integrity and quality of the work we do. Our clinic is supportive, collaborative, intellectually stimulating, and engaging. We do monthly staff engagement events. We currently accept private pay, Medicaid, and Medicare.

A Little About Us: KPS is a small, minority- and woman- owned mental health practice that focuses on patient-centered care and is known for its excellence and expertise in developmental disabilities and learning disorders. We provide empirically supported and culturally sensitive psychotherapy and evaluation services. We serve families ages 1 through adulthood and offer a range of diagnostic evaluation services including cognitive/intellectual abilities, academic achievement, attention disorders, emotional functioning, fetal substance exposure, head injury, and a range of developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD). However, this position, in particular focuses on someone with niche expertise in developmental disabilities who is Spanish speaking. KPS serves people in the Denver Metro and surrounding areas. We have an ongoing commitment to cultural competency and dedication to meeting the treatment and assessment needs of patients from any background. We help families, schools, and community settings understand a child’s areas of strength and areas for growth so that all parties can be on the same page.
