Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

Utilize creativity in evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve and exceed treatment goals.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Schedule of a minimum of 30 client visits per week.

Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

Participate in staff meetings and trainings.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Candidates must have clinical licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, etc.) in good standing for the state of Florida.

Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.

Candidate must be fully fluent in Spanish and able to provide full therapy sessions

Proficiency in completing biopsychosocials, treatment plans, and case notes in a timely manner.

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to work with a diverse client base within professional scope.

Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
