TASKS:

• Provide expert advice to the New York City Public Safety team during the NG911 project life cycle for Integration, testing and Implementation phase.
• Provide new technology guidance on the integration and Implementation phase.
• Advise Agencies on the maximization and the use of the NG911 system and the alignment of agencies emergency capabilities.
• Assist in the development of use cases and call flows for NG911 Classes 1, 2 and Call Handling phase.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered

Minimum 12 years of experience in a particular technical and/or business application, product, platform, methodology. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface with executive management, give senior level presentations.

Knowledge, experience with City of New York and 9-1-1 systems
