    Job Description

    Position Purpose: The MRO and Spare Parts Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department stockroom. Responsibilities are to ensure continued operation and maintenance of all company equipment by ensuring adequate stock of parts necessary.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    Performs stocking and distribution of parts, components, assemblies, supplies, materials-including those deemed controlled by chemical consistency, shelf-life, and contractual provision

    Performs periodic inventory audits and cycle counting

    Daily data entry into SAP

    Ensures the smooth operation of the stockroom

    Maintain return to vendors and repair log up to date

    Coordinates with all departments to provide a consistent workflow

    Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in the execution of the work schedule

    Ensures the area is maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion

    Issues components to the pick list

    Verifies counts, provide inventory, and stock incoming hardware

    Maintains traceability of all hardware movement in the spare parts system

    Reports deviant inventory discrepancies to appropriate management

    Performs routine data entry

    Seeks Lean process improvements in your department to improve efficiency

    Regular attendance is an essential function of this position

    Ability to identify deficiencies within area of responsibility and take or recommend appropriate corrective actions.

    Performs specialized administrative work within an office which may include a wide range of administrative duties related to the Maintenance department. Performs other duties as assigned

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    May be exposed to moderate noise levels (i.e. office equipment, light traffic)

    May be exposed to moderate to high noise levels (i.e. production equipment, forklifts, heavy traffic)

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

    Minimum of 1 year of experience in injection molding and assembly manufacturing environment or equivalent type of manufacturing

    Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds

    Involves moderate physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative nature

    Should be able to identify and distinguish colors, see clearly at 20 inches or closer and 20 feet or more

    PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

    MS Office Suite Knowledge

    SAP experience a plus

    Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally

    Regularly involves talking or listening, sitting, and the use of hands and fingers

    Regularly involves going up and down the stairs

    Frequently involves reaching with hands and arms, standing, and walking

    PAY RANGE: $20.00 - $30.00 USD Hourly (This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.)
