    Job Description

    Role Overview:

    To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a strategic, proactive, and well-organized leader to drive new thinking and deliver truly innovative work. Reporting into the Chief Growth Officer, this role will help lead the development of pitch presentations, materials, and communications to deliver new and organic business acquisition to deliver on our aggressive growth goals. We’re looking for an ambitious individual to fill this role – someone who isn’t afraid to share their ideas and opinions within a supportive and collaborative work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Lead and organize pitch teams in answering RFI/RFP questions, chasing responses, editing responses, and preparing pitch presentations

    · Lead and support the development of pitch presentations including critiquing and editing media plan content, brainstorming big ideas for pitch theater, and developing the pitch “story”

    · Manage and motivate the pitch team while guiding and enabling pitch timelines, checkpoints, accountabilities, deliverables, design, production, and travel needs

    · Collaborate and lead communications with local, regional, and global teammates, stakeholders, departments, and agencies

    · Actively participate in presentation rehearsals by preparing presenters, ensuring key message points are hit and the pitch “story” is clear, concise, and strategic, always tying back to the brief and our differentiated story

    · Identify new ways to drive innovation and efficiency within the pitch process and amongst the Growth team

    · Experience working with and managing c suite at the agency level.

    · Manage, coach, and develop junior Growth team talent depending on final team structure

    · Establish strong, collaborative connections with client and team members to work seamlessly together

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    · Relevant successful experience – 10 + years in the media, marketing, communications, or consulting fields

    · Strong communication skills – Manage strategic written and verbal communications with a keen focus on soliciting feedback and driving consensus

    · Forward-thinker – Proactive; understand what will be needed and drive against it

    · Superb project and time management skills with the ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment comfortably and effectively

    · Ability to establish productive working relationships and champion collaboration and discussion

    · Detail-oriented, review and ensure accuracy of outputs, data, and storylines

    · Innovation at the core, confidently brings forth new thinking, approaches, and capabilities

    · Ability to drive simplification and clarify complex concepts, constructs, and language for clients and teams alike

    Compensation Range: $143,000-$225,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
