    What you will do as a NETA Electrician Service Technician at Spark Power:

    • Lead and execute field services duties while providing high-level technical support on assigned projects.
    • Implement services including but not limited to switchgear, circuit breakers, power transformer testing, instrument transformer testing, protective relays, insulation testing, and reading electrical drawings and schematics.
    • Work with project managers to ensure project preparation and close-outs are complete.
    • Provide technical advice or guidance to team members with regards to processes and procedures
    • Troubleshoot high-level technical issues.
    • Ensure project paperwork including daily project summaries, deficiency lists and field level risk assessments are completed.
    • Guide team members in the preparation of tools, equipment and materials for each job.

    What are we looking for?

    • Electrical Engineering Technology Diploma/Electrical Engineering Degree and/or Electrical State License
    • Minimum 5 years of field experience
    • Qualifications including: NETA Level II – Certified Technician, NETA Level III – Certified Technician and NETA Level IV – Certified Senior Technician
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced growing environment.
    • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of how each business unit adds value to the organization.
    • Explores and addresses underlying, and long-term client needs while scanning the environment to identify new contacts
    • Ability to travel within Texas and potentially other States for projects
