    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Above all, identify new customer prospects, set appointments, make effective sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in an expeditious manner.
    • In addition, maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service is maintained and to identify potential new sales opportunities with these existing clients.
    • Efficiently and effectively plan and organize a daily work schedule that maximizes face-to-face customer contact. Involve management or other technical personal as needed to enhance efforts.
    • Meet monthly and annual sales targets by assessing client needs and following an effective selling process with new and existing customers. Utilize all company available resources as needed.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proven work experience as a sales representative in a commercial or industrial setting.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
    • Full understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and to successfully managing customer relationships.
