Job Summary

A Sign Specialist / Sign Installer is a motivated individual with experience in the construction and sign industry who will be mainly responsible for the proper installation of various types of signage projects.

You will provide timely, cost-effective, and safe completion of installation and service jobs by installing projects yourself and with other Spark team members and by working with partner when necessary to schedule larger scale installations.

Responsibilities

Communicating with clients to keep projects running smoothly and on time, and managing client expectations

Procuring sign permits when necessary

Maintaining a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.

Having a high attention to detail, quality, and excellent mechanical aptitude.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Must be comfortable working from ladders, and occasionally in bucket trucks or on scaffolding

Are someone who presents a professional appearance and has an energetic personality that reflects the values of our company, where exceeding customer expectations is the norm.

Are able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.

Flexible to work overtime and weekends on occasion as needed.

Are a good communicator.

Can work colaboratively with other staff (new business, pre-production, production, installation, etc.) to ensure hand-offs are smooth and colleagues have information/files/other they need to complete their task(s)

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the construction and sign industry, with specific experience in installation and production of signs.

Vinyl application (e.g. walls, windows, vehicles) a plus
