Job Description:
The Spark Wireless Retail Assistant Manager (RAM) assists the Retail Store Manager in sales, management and operations of the store as directed. The RAM is expected to maximize sales and profits through exceptional customer service, team member coaching, training and development, and expense control. The ideal candidate must have the ability to multi-task and provide support and leadership to the store team.
Responsibilities:
Customer execution: delivering and ensuring the Un-Carrier experience with all customers
Personal Sales: Setting the standard for performance through demonstration of the Un-Carrier Interaction Model and sales achievement
Assist with recruiting, hiring and developing an effective sales team
Build skills and successes through continued coaching and performance assessment conversations
Train team on retail wireless systems, products, plans, promotions and sales techniques
Support and utilize T-Mobile and Spark productivity tools
Adhere to Spark and T-Mobile policies, procedures and processes
Deliver financial results based on specific performance and experience objectives
Ensure that visual merchandising is appealing to customers while adhering to T-Mobile standards
Maintain a neat, clean organized store environment at all times
Drive operational efficiencies to help minimize risk and protect store assets
Identify ways to manage and control store expenses
Maintain proper inventory management procedures
Keep abreast of the rapidly evolving wireless industry and T-Mobile technology
Qualifications:
Successful leadership experience preferred
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to lead and coach to deliver financial results
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Enthusiasm about wireless industry
