Job Description: The Spark Wireless Retail Store Manager (RSM) is responsible for sales, leadership and management of a T-Mobile retail store location. The RSM is expected to create a high performing culture of sales and profitability, while providing an unprecedented, Un-Carrier customer experience. The RSM must be familiar with all aspects of retail management including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, team leadership, sales, scheduling, marketing, operations and loss prevention. The ideal RSM candidate must have the ability to multi-task and provide effective leadership and support in a fast-paced retail wireless sales environment. Responsibilities: Recruit, hire and develop an effective sales team Train team on retail wireless systems, products, plans, promotions and sales techniques Build skills and successes through continued coaching and performance conversations Support and utilize T-Mobile and Spark productivity tools Ensure all sales goals are met or exceeded while managing the overall store productivity Deliver financial results based on specific performance and experience objectives Ensure that visual merchandising is appealing to customers while adhering to T-Mobile standards Maintain a neat, clean organized store environment at all times Drive operational efficiencies to help minimize risk and protect store assets Identify ways to manage and control store expenses Maintain proper inventory management procedures Demonstrate an early adopter mentality through on-going self-development while preparing your team to execute on new programs quickly Adhere to Spark and T-Mobile policies, procedures and processes Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years successful store/sales management experience Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Capable of positively leading and coaching to deliver desired financial results Operational and financial performance management Bachelor’s degree preferred Enthusiasm about wireless industry
