Job Description:
As a Mobile Expert Lead (MEL), you are the face of Spark Wireless and T-Mobile to the customer. Our MELs deliver a strong, genuine customer experience that encourages our customers to recommend the T-Mobile brand to friends and family. The MEL delivers results by selling to our customer’s needs, positively impacting stores sales and profits, and their earning potential. This position has additional responsibilities in leadership and support of the team.
Responsibilities:
Deliver financial results based on specific performance and experience objectives
Serve the customer by providing an Un-Carrier experience and developing positive customer relationships
Ensure all customer needs are met or exceeded before customer leaves the store
Prepare yourself with superior knowledge on all products and services
Support and utilize T-Mobile and Spark productivity tools
Adhere to Spark and T-Mobile policies, procedures and processes
Train team on retail wireless systems, products, plans, promotions and sales techniques
Build skills and successes through continued coaching and performance assessment conversations
Maintain a neat, clean organized store environment at all times
Complete operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Successful customer service or sales experience
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Basic Computer Skills
Enthusiasm about wireless industry
