Job Summary

Sparkling Clean Pro NY is a fast-growing business that provides cleaning services for luxury apartment complexes and vacation rental homes in Montauk, Long Island. The main business focuses on Airbnb hotel-style cleaning for houses and apartments.

We are looking for multiple housekeepers in Montauk or close by who is responsible and on time to ensure our clients expectations are met through regular quality audits and inspections. This is a 1099 position. This contract runs from April-October. There is no traveling time to each unit. All the units are on premises. The best part we do NOT have to be responsible for laundry. Generally, the times will be from 10:30-4 (typical check out and check in times of a hotel) Sunday - Saturday. You choose your availability. Weekly pay- direct deposit into your account. These are small units. We pay per unit, since there is no laundry, the amount of time you are in each unit is significantly cut down. These are small studio 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. Pay is $60 for studio and/or 1 bedroom and $75 for a 2 bedroom and/or loft. (Below under salary, it states per hour, but it really is PER UNIT) MUST CARRY GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR CLEANING
