JOB DESCRIPTION:
TITLE: Customer Support Representative
4 Months Contract
Location: Tampa, FL
SUMMARY/COMPANY: Sparks Group has partnered with a fast growing tech company who is seeking Member Service Representatives to assistance in providing excellent service and support to their customers. This is a contract opportunity and offers a sign on bonus, flexible hours and benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide timely, accurate and efficient service to our customers via email, live chat and virtual platforms
· Verify member identification and follow verification procedures
· Work with other members to troubleshoot verification issues and provide a working solution
QUALIFICATIONS/BACKGROUND PROFILE:
· 6 + months in customer service-based role
· Intermediate to advanced computer skills; including proficiency with internet and search engines, operating systems, and browsers; effective manipulation of multiple screens simultaneously
· Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
· Projects a competent, enthusiastic and empathetic demeanor with customers
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both spoken and written
· Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
· Flexibility and reliability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
· Excellent attention to detail, spelling, and multi-tasking abilities
REGULAR SCHEDULE:
· Once training is completed you will move into your regular shift schedule. (Shift Schedules: 7:30am – 4pm, 9:30am – 6pm, 10:30am – 7pm, 12:30pm – 9pm, 3:30pm – 12am, 5:30pm – 2am. 11:30pm – 8am, Monday – Friday, Tuesday – Saturday, Sunday – Thursday, Friday – Tuesday) *Additional schedules may be added as necessary
· No part time positions available
· Not a remote position; all shifts will work onsite
COMPENSATION:
· Salaries range from $37,400 – 38,480 ($18.00 - $18.50 per hour)
