• Candidate must posses strong Controller/Accounting skills with over 10 years of direct experience.
• Must have Accounting experience within a privately held company. ESOP experience is preferred. 
• Have the ability to move into a CFO position within a 1+ year time frame.
• Have overall responsibility for financial department as well as strong experience partnering and working directly with  accounting firms, to assist in monthly and year closings.
