Sparrow Company, an executive search and staffing firm, is currently looking for a Financial Analyst for a temporary to hire opportunity in East El Paso. 

Position Summary:
This analyst position reports to the Financial Business Analyst Lead. The main responsibilities of the position are to synthesize and analyze data to inform, recommend and guide business decisions. With special focus on price point assessment relative to current market information and assist in implementing, evaluating and coordinating pricing strategies to establish uniformity for sales team. The impact of effective pricing and margin management is in the tens of millions of $$ dollars. In the analysis of pricing and margin management this position will interface with the sales and marketing, import procurement, manufacturing and distribution teams. Job activities require problem solving using the individual’s discretion and judgment to determine best practice solutions.

Education and/or Experience:

• 4 Year degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 3-4 years experience as a Financial Analyst
• Demonstrated analytical, collaborative, consultative and decision making abilities
• Demonstrated personal initiative, responsibility and time prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently, to manage changing priorities, to multi-task on a daily basis, works in a matrix management structure, and interface with various levels of management. Moved to working skills.
