Sparrow Company, an executive search and staffing firm, is currently looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor for a temporary to hire position for a dynamic company in East El Paso.  

As the Quality Control you will be responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met during production and administration. Implement statistical testing of processes and products. Ensure the company maintains its government agency certifications, such as FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac approval. Maintain the company’s quality control plan in accordance with FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac rules and regulations, and ensuring that the company complies with such rules and regulations. Responsible for ensuring that loan processing and servicing procedures performed by employees are in accordance with the requirements of government agencies, investors, mortgage insurers and company policy by performing monthly reviews of selected loans. Must provide direct feedback in the form of monthly written reports to management as to the quality of the company’s operations. Ensure that the company is in compliance with all financial institution debt covenants on a quarterly basis.
