Position Title: Housekeeper

Reports to: Sparrow Managing Member, Client’s Person in Charge

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary:

This terrific housekeeping opportunity offers a guaranteed 40-50 hour workweek, 4:45am-1pm daily! The primary role of this position is to efficiently maintain the cleanliness of our clients’ private residences. The job duties require style, detail and service attributes that are key to providing a detailed, thorough and discreet service for our client. Transportation required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Deliver excellent customer service in an efficient manner

· Cleaning residence according to standards set forth by supervisors

· Cleaning rooms, restrooms, corridors and stairways

· Sweep, scrub, polish, dust furniture and vacuum carpet

· Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork along with windows, door panels and sills

· Empty wastebaskets, wipe down bathroom surfaces, clean/disinfect bathrooms

· Develop and maintain positive communication and teamwork with all co-workers and Supervisors

· Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

· Multitask, organize and prioritize tasks on an hourly and daily basis

· Work well with others in a team environment

· Perform job duties with attention to detail, speed and efficiency

· Follow directions effectively

· Maintain confidentiality of client information

Education and Work Experience

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

· One year minimum related experience required as a Housekeeper, Houseman or Cleaner
