    Job Description

    We are looking for a smart, proactive, and organized individual to provide administrative support to the Funding Manager. We will rely on you to be a team player who can work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative. Sensitivity to confidential matters is critical to this role. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a desire to work and learn multiple aspects.

    A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Prepare applications

    · Manage an active list of all files

    · Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns

    · Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously and proactively

    · Perform special projects as assigned

    Provide customer service by communicating via Text, Email or Phone.

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED

    · 0-2 years of admin experience / Data Entry / Scrubbing - NOT REQUIRED

    · Highly-organized and detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    · Desire to pursue excellence in a fast-paced environment

    · Ability to handle confidential information

    · Skilled at critical thinking and self-motivating

    • Determine Merchants credibility and payback ability via in depth review and verification of information;
    • Ability to recognize positive and negative trends in credit performance;

    Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
