TITLE: Account Manager/HR Generalist
REPORTS TO: CEO
COMPANY: Spartan Fitness Holdings, LLC is the preeminent boutique fitness platform and largest franchise owner in the Xponential Fitness System. SFH combines experienced industry-leading management with renowned consumer private equity investors to build one of the largest global boutique fitness platforms across Club Pilates and additional boutique Fitness brands. JOB FUNCTION: The HR generalist role is an entry-level position in the HR department. This role will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources and payroll departments.
FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Full time, Exempt
This opportunity is based in Nashville, Florida, Dallas
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with data entry in establishing compensation and benefit plans to new employees and exiting employees
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives for HR administrator
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave of absence, FMLA compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Help with Payroll Bi-weekly
- Manage all aspects of payroll for over 300 employees
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Maintain employee files and records in ADP
- Assist with Data entry on various HRIS systems
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of Google; HRIS systems (e.g. , Google Workspace, ADP, Zoom in particular) will be a plus
- Microsoft office including excel
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work with a small team with a result driven approach
- The ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- Must be approachable and helpful
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Good ethical judgment
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AS AN HR GENERALIST
- BS/BA IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR RELEVANT FIELD PREFERRED
