FULL DESCRIPTION:

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, highly motivated, results-oriented sales professional for the position of Laboratory Sales Representative. If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed, we want to hear from you. Ultimately, an exceptional Laboratory Sales Representative should be able to demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills to continually meet or exceed targets. This is a “hands-on” position, with focus on prospecting and developing new accounts. Providing good client support for new service adoption. You will build and maintain strong relationships with client patient facilities. In doing so, you will analyze the needs of healthcare facilities, healthcare providers, and patients—and promote the delivery of high-quality, diagnostic laboratory services. You will maintain a high level of integrity in accordance with company culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary responsibility of this position will be the development and management of clients with the goal of market penetration and growth within targeted groups of Healthcare Providers while:

• Creating and expanding client base by identifying patient facilities which could best benefit from laboratory services.

• Providing clients with thorough presentations of Lab service benefits.

• Achieving quarterly sales goals and maintaining expectations of the field and limited administrative duties.

• Develop and build new relationships with referring practices and their staff.

• Prospecting new clients through a variety of methods including cold calling, in-person visits to physician offices, cooperation with their internal sales contact, networking with existing clients, and participating in trade shows and other networking opportunities within our industry.

• Working with internal team to on board patient facilities.

• Grow positive client relationships with current and future clients.

• Educate practices on offerings and maintain all referring accounts via office visits, meetings, and other professional means of communicating.

• Operate in strict accordance with our corporate compliance training. Maintain a strict adherence to legal and compliance guidelines.

• Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, accounts, and sales.

PREFERRED:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Minimum of 1 year of Clinical Laboratory Sales experience required.

• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive and travel to healthcare accounts

• Bachelor's degree

• Existing Clinic relationships within the market

• Ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-related information to existing and new clients

• Consistent track record of quantifiable/documented sales accomplishments

• Solid business acumen including excellent and persuasive business communication

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion and to analyze and address territory opportunities by building key customer relationships.
