Spartan Tool Supply is looking for outside sales to help target a well defined and developed customer list. Spartan Tool is a market leader for in the Columbus area for providing the best power tools, air tools, hand tools, and general construction supplies to serious trades people and fleet/automotive technicians. Spartan Tool distributes popular brands such as Milwaukee Tool, Bosch, Klein Tools, Channellock, Freud, and many more. This is an uncapped commission role and industry veterans can earn well over $400,000 a year after establishing a book a business

We are willing to consider all different experience ranges for this role but some job duties and responsibilities include:

· Communicating with customers

· Developing new leads

· Creating and maintaining a customer database

· Create and submit sales reports as needed

· Understanding customer needs

· Explaining product features and benefits

· Closing sales and achieving quotas

Qualifications and Skills

• Clean driving record and dependable vehicle (you will work primarily from your vehicle)
• Sales experience or relevant industry experience (trade knowledge such as plumbing, electrical, or construction preferred)
• Smart phone and the ability to quickly respond remotely to phone calls and emails
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong sales and cold calling skills
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• High School diploma/GED and 18+ years of age
