  • Responsibilities

    The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the HumanResources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits,and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.Job Responsibilities:

    New employee onboarding (setting up employee training schedule, all paperwork for employee setup, maintaining employment records)

    Health insurance setup for employees

    401K tracking and on-boarding, as well as company compliance

    I-9 verification for new employees

    Assisting management team in employee relations issues, including but not limited todiscipline and termination

    Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations,and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintaincompliance.

    Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and newtechnologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

    Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitivebase and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains toptalent.

    Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing,and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, andprofessional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills andcompetencies required for openings.

    Performs other duties as assigned.

    Bonus Structure
