YOU'VE MOST LIKELY SEEN A PRODUCT THAT WAS MADE FROM MATERIALS FROM OUR PLANT - WINNEBAGO MOTOR HOMES, RV CAMPERS SHOWER ENCLOSURES, JOHN DEER TRACTOR TOPS, OEM FLOOR MATS FOR AUTOMOTIVE SUCH AS HYUNDAI AND FORD, AMERICAN SHOWER AND BATH AND WHIRLPOOL.

CANDIDATES WITH BACKGROUNDS IN OPERATING INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT AND THE SKILLED TRADES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY. HOURLY STARTING PAY RATE IS $17.00. 2ND & 3RD SHIFT RECEIVE A $1.00 SHIFT PREMIUM.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years or older
• Possess average math and reading skills
• Have the ability to operate a calculator and scale, read a tape measure in 1/16" increments and micrometers in 1/1000 increments
• Primary duties will be to separate, clean, cut, grind, package, inspect, weigh and label material/product for use in the extrusion process.
• Must be able to obtain and possess a forklift certification
• Good Attendance record is a must
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen and background screening
