The Production Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks on the production line, including assembly, packaging, and machine operation. They will ensure that products are produced efficiently and to the correct quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks on the production line including assembly, packaging, and machine operation
• Follow work instructions and procedures to ensure products are produced efficiently and to the correct quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Report any defects or issues to the team leader or supervisor
• Communicate effectively with other members of the production team
• Meet production targets and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
