Summary: Responsible for all aspects of leasing, promoting the positive image of the apartment community and to assist management with resident programs and retention.
Qualifications Required:
High School education or equivalent
Multi-Unit Leasing experience - minimum 1 year
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Mathematical skills (high school level) in order to calculate pro-rations
Competent ability with personal computer – Microsoft Office, Internet
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Always upholds the highest level of ethical behavior & integrity
Ability to work a flexible schedule on rare occasions based on business needs
Must possess a valid driver’s license
