WHAT YOU WILL DO AND LEARN

We hire individuals that are passionate about solving problems and bringing innovative ideas to our clients and our team. As a small firm under rapid growth – you will be given the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.

We are looking for rock stars to join our band as an OPERATIONS ANALYST.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and manage regular KPIs and reporting to measure compliance and performance
• Lead cross-functional process design efforts and work with stakeholders to implement various system improvements
• Execute and evolve our Client Satisfaction program to ensure the best client experience possible
• Partner with our Executive Leadership Team on revenue and financial reporting and forecasting, so we always know where we are relative to our goals
• Develop, communicate and reinforce system standards, processes, and policies
• Other responsibilities, as assigned

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to independently manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Relentlessly progressive mindset to continuously improve business process and systems
• Takes ownership of responsibilities to completion
• Ability to work in fast pace environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics and/or Information Systems, preferred
• 1-2 years experience in operations, consulting, or finance
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
• Proficiency using a CRM tool (we use Salesforce) and multi-dimensional modeling (we use Anaplan) preferred
