Speaker Liaison

POSITION SUMMARY
Lincoln Healthcare Leadership is seeking a Speaker Liaison to support the development and execution of content programming across our conferences.
The Speaker Liaison plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless speaker experience from initial confirmation through onsite delivery. Content is at the core of our conferences, and this role is responsible for coordinating all speaker logistics, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high-quality experience for speakers and attendees alike.
This is a highly detail-oriented and collaborative role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously. The position is best suited for someone who enjoys a blend of project management and event design and is eager to contribute across many aspects of conference production.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Initially, this role will support the team with a variety of operational and administrative projects. There will be opportunities to take ownership of specific conferences and responsibilities aligned with your strengths and skill set.
**Speaker Coordination & Logistics **You will serve as the central point of coordination for all speaker-related logistics.
**Content & Program Execution **You will support the successful execution of conference programming.
On-Site Conference Execution You will provide hands-on support during conferences.
Post-Conference Follow-Up You will support wrap-up and reporting activities.

REPORTING & COLLABORATION
This role reports to Education Production and Speaker Relations Manager and works closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, Production, and conference leadership.
You will be part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team, where strong collaboration and communication are essential to ensure alignment and successful execution.

LOCATION & TRAVEL
This role may be performed remotely or in a hybrid capacity, with preference given to candidates located near our offices in Southport, CT.
