    Property Management Maintenance Technician We’re looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our buildings for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our apartments to keep them in fantastic shape. Great Plumbing skills are a PLUS!!! Our team works strongly together to keep the facility running at peak performance. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience. Responsibilities: • Assist in Unit-ready turns- from light cleaning to full updates • Snow removal • Special projects • General Maintenance • On-call rotation required • Inspect buildings and units for damage and report • Assist with preventative maintenance on equipment and structures • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as boilers, plumbing, electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance Qualifications: • Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests • 2+ years of maintenance experience • Must have a valid Driver’s License and a reliable mode of transportation Compensation: $21 - $23 hourly
