You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our buildings to keep our units in fantastic shape. Responsibilities: • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned • Assist in Unit-ready turns- from light cleaning to full updates • Snow removal • Special projects • General Maintenance • On-call rotation required • Inspect buildings and units for damage and report • Assist with preventative maintenance of equipment and structures • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as boilers, plumbing, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance Qualifications: • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests • Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Must have a valid Driver’s License and a reliable mode of transportation • Live within 30 min from the Worcester Area for on-call Compensation: $21 - $23 hourly
