We are seeking an organized, motivated individual to join our team.

    SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY:

    The pay range for this position is $18-$21. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location

    Complete and accurate data entry of order details per Technician order specifications

    Essential Functions:

    • Interface with vendor representatives and/or vendor configurators to achieve 100% accurate duplication of order request per Technician instructions
    • Timely communication of order problems and/or issues to applicable staff member
    • Data entry into applicable computer system per Technician specifications
    • Monitoring accuracy of personal work as well as QA duties for random orders as assigned
    • Provide superior internal customer service consistent with Numotion Value Statement “I Care”.
    • Work independently to meet individual goals while supporting the team to meet team goals.
    • Other tasks as assigned by management
    • Ensure that orders are progressing into the funding process accurately and timely to avoid pended and delayed orders.

    Qualifications and competencies:

    • High school education or equivalent including but not limited to reading, writing and math competencies
    • Two years industry experience performing customer service, data entry or quality assurance duties.
    • Able to interpret general business documents and forms; problem solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work 8 or more hours of accurate data entry per day as order flow demands
    • Superior Interpersonal and communication skills
    • Consistent Attendance

    • Ability to effectively balance department work quantity goals while maintaining department quality standards.
    • Demonstrates willingness to support the team in achieving success.
    • Able to listen well and retain instructions; accept constructive feedback from supervisor.
