    Job Description

    We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in a team environment with our growing company.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle administrative needs of Operations Manager
    • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
    • Draft and manage shipping documentation
    • Assist with shipping and logistics of inbound/outbound products
    • Plan and schedule appointments and events
    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Develop and implement organized filing systems
    • Perform all other office tasks

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • ​Strong organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
