Job Summary

We are seeking an Special Building Inspector to join our team! Applicant must be capable of ensuring construction site adheres to building codes and regulations. Applicant will conduct on site inspections, verify compliance with approved plans and maintain detailed records. Must have ACI Certification and ICC Reinforced Certificate.

Capable of maintain and providing detailed records of inspections.

Qualifications

ACI Certification

ICC Reinforced

UT Testing a plus

Strong communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of state building codes and regulations

Familiarity with construction sites, best practices, and safety regulations

The ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions
