Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, the Occupational Therapy Assistant's responsibilities include, but are not limited to the implementation of the O.T. plan of care utilizing established professional standards. This position is responsible for patient documentation as well as contributing to the overall effectiveness of the rehabilitation services department. Patients are adult age through geriatric.

Job Qualifications:

Education – Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Assistant with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy

Experience – Two years of experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Licensure –Current State Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant

Certifications – BLS required
