Special Education Teacher - 3rd/4th Grade (Math) - Full-Time

EDU-AIDs is seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher - 3rd/4th Grade (Math) to support students in Bensalem, Bensalem Township, PA for the 2026–2027 school year. We have full-time opportunities available with elementary grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialized math instruction to 3rd and 4th grade students with IEPs.

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Adapt math curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.

Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusion and student success.

Assess student progress and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Use evidence-based interventions to improve math skills and academic achievement.

Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary team members.

Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field

Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching Certification (PK-8, PK-12, or appropriate grade-level certification)

Minimum one year of experience in a Special Education classroom.

Strong knowledge of IEP development, differentiated instruction, classroom management, and progress monitoring.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
