Job description:
Overview We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and hard working team member to support our team in various event set up & breakdowns. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess an exceptionally positive attitude. The helper will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of high end weddings, galas, corporate events, and more, while providing high-level support to executives and team members. Warehouse hours are available for dedicated prospects. Part time/Full time positions available.
Responsibilities
Assist with setting up events on-site at luxury venues
Carefully navigate carts carrying expensive and delicate event decor and floral arrangements.
Set up a variety of props, vases, florals, linens, and tables
Breakdown all event décor after the event concludes
Requirements
Willingness to assist executive team members during set up and breakdown
Available schedule during season (October - May)
Ability to work quickly in a fast paced environment for extended periods of time
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Test
Maintain a Clean and Professional appearance on-site at all times
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
A proactive approach to work
Weekend, Holiday, and Night availability is required
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
