Lead and assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events using our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)

Provide an outstanding customer service and membership experience — we treat our families like family here

Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families at every event

Communicate confidently with parents and represent The Little Gym brand professionally

Participate in ongoing coaching and training

Schedule & Commitment Requirements

Must have consistent weekday morning/afternoon and weekend availability year-round

Required attendance at weekly team meeting every Wednesday from 3:45pm–5:00pm

Must be able to commit long-term (not seasonal or short-term employment)

Reliable transportation required
