Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair special hazard fire alarm systems.
Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure compliance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions to provide timely solutions.
Collaborate with project managers and other technicians to complete installations.
Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on system operations.
Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to fire safety.
Document all service work and maintain accurate records for compliance.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge in fire alarm technology.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in fire alarm system installation and maintenance.
Knowledge of NFPA codes and local fire safety regulations.
Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.
